Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Store Support Operator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service by answering calls, returning voicemails, and responding to emails
  • Assist with locating proof of purchase and handling return/exchange inquiries
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate information in a case management system
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED; minimum of 2 years related experience preferred
  • Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
  • Availability to work shifts between Monday-Friday and on holidays
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Must pass a background check
