Job Summary
A company is looking for a Virtual Store Support Operator.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide best-in-class service by answering calls, returning voicemails, and responding to emails
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding purchases, returns, and store experiences while documenting interactions
- Collaborate with store leadership and other departments to resolve customer concerns and enhance service quality
Required Qualifications and Education
- High school diploma or GED, with a minimum of 2 years related experience or equivalent education
- Experience in call center or customer service is preferred but not required
- Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including holidays
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
