Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Store Support Operator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide best-in-class service by answering calls, returning voicemails, and responding to emails
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding purchases, returns, and store experiences while documenting interactions
  • Collaborate with store leadership and other departments to resolve customer concerns and enhance service quality
Required Qualifications and Education
  • High school diploma or GED, with a minimum of 2 years related experience or equivalent education
  • Experience in call center or customer service is preferred but not required
  • Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
  • Must be available to work flexible shifts, including holidays
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
