Job Summary

Managing customer order processing, the temporary Customer Service Support Operator will oversee the order-to-delivery lifecycle, serve as the primary contact for inquiries, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance operational efficiency while working onsite three days a week and remotely on Mondays and Fridays in Cary, NC.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the complete order-to-delivery lifecycle for assigned customer accounts
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely issue resolution through phone and written communication
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
  • 2+ years of experience in order management, customer service, or account management
  • Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong understanding of order processing and supply chain management principles
