Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between the company, customers, and patients
  • Resolve customer requests via calls or internet, provide education, and establish new customers
  • Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree desired
  • Previous experience in customer service and healthcare industry preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish highly desirable
