Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between the company, customers, and patients
- Resolve customer requests via calls or internet, provide education, and establish new customers
- Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree desired
- Previous experience in customer service and healthcare industry preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish highly desirable
