Job Summary

A company is looking for a Women's Health & Genetics Customer Service Support Rep to work from home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle high call volume environment, averaging ~75 calls per day
  • Provide assistance to clients and patients regarding insurance coverage, financial responsibilities, and billing
  • Process credit card payments over the phone and maintain accurate records in the billing system

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; Associates or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of applicable experience
  • XIFIN experience preferred
  • Knowledge of CPT and ICD10 codes highly preferred
  • Experience with Laboratory Billing and Laboratory Information System (LIS) desired
