Job Summary
A company is looking for a Women's Health & Genetics Customer Service Support Rep to work from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle high call volume environment, averaging ~75 calls per day
- Provide assistance to clients and patients regarding insurance coverage, financial responsibilities, and billing
- Process credit card payments over the phone and maintain accurate records in the billing system
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Associates or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years of applicable experience
- XIFIN experience preferred
- Knowledge of CPT and ICD10 codes highly preferred
- Experience with Laboratory Billing and Laboratory Information System (LIS) desired
