Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialty Testing Customer Service Support Rep to work from home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle high call volume from patients, doctor's offices, and insurance carriers
  • Research and communicate complex information clearly and concisely
  • Process credit card payments, initiate payment plans, and maintain accurate records

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required, associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of applicable experience
  • General knowledge of appeal processes, experience with Laboratory Billing systems, and understanding of insurance EOBs
  • Knowledge of CPT and ICD9 codes highly preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office, database experience, and ability to navigate multiple computer screens
