Job Summary
A company is looking for a Specialty Testing Customer Service Support Rep to work from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle high call volume from patients, doctor's offices, and insurance carriers
- Research and communicate complex information clearly and concisely
- Process credit card payments, initiate payment plans, and maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma required, associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years of applicable experience
- General knowledge of appeal processes, experience with Laboratory Billing systems, and understanding of insurance EOBs
- Knowledge of CPT and ICD9 codes highly preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office, database experience, and ability to navigate multiple computer screens
