Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between branches or regional laboratories and customers
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve customer problems
- Perform administrative/clerical duties such as payroll, billing, and data entry
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of applicable experience
- Ability to use computerized databases
- Experience in phlebotomy is a plus
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
