Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Support Representative for their STAT Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between the company, customers, and patients
  • Resolve customer requests via calls or internet, providing education and information as needed
  • Notify clients of test results, review test forms, and participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree highly desired
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Experience in a contact center/call center environment preferred
  • Prior healthcare industry experience is a plus
