Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Support Representative for their STAT Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between the company, customers, and patients
- Resolve customer requests via calls or internet, providing education and information as needed
- Notify clients of test results, review test forms, and participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree highly desired
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Experience in a contact center/call center environment preferred
- Prior healthcare industry experience is a plus
