Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Support Representative in Client Billing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update and provide necessary information to resolve denied claims following approved SOP's
  • Evaluate current policies and SOP's for process improvements
  • Handle sensitive information confidentially and document all claim activities

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous medical and/or call center experience is a plus
  • Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second
  • No satellite internet connection allowed
  • Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord
