Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Support Representative in Client Billing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and provide necessary information to resolve denied claims following approved SOP's
- Evaluate current policies and SOP's for process improvements
- Handle sensitive information confidentially and document all claim activities
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous medical and/or call center experience is a plus
- Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second
- No satellite internet connection allowed
- Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord
