Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Support Representative to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between the company, customers, and patients
  • Resolve customer requests and inquiries via calls or email
  • Provide product education and notify clients of test results accurately
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is required
  • Experience in a contact center or healthcare environment is preferred
  • Intermediate to Advanced computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, are required
