Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Support Representative to join their remote team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between the company, customers, and patients
- Resolve customer requests and inquiries via calls or email
- Provide product education and notify clients of test results accurately
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service role is required
- Experience in a contact center or healthcare environment is preferred
- Intermediate to Advanced computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, are required
