Job Summary

A company is looking for a Women's Health & Genetics Customer Service Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients and clients with inquiries related to insurance coverage, cost, and billing
  • Process credit card payments and maintain accurate billing records while adhering to compliance protocols
  • Document conversations and update records in the billing system while maintaining patient confidentiality
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Associates degree with 1+ year of relevant experience or High School diploma/GED with 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Knowledge of medical billing and collection practices is preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable
  • Experience in customer service with high call volume is preferred
