Job Summary
A company is looking for a Women's Health & Genetics Customer Service Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients and clients with inquiries related to insurance coverage, cost, and billing
- Process credit card payments and maintain accurate billing records while adhering to compliance protocols
- Document conversations and update records in the billing system while maintaining patient confidentiality
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Associates degree with 1+ year of relevant experience or High School diploma/GED with 3+ years of relevant experience
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Knowledge of medical billing and collection practices is preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable
- Experience in customer service with high call volume is preferred
