Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Support Rep - Patient Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, or private insurance carriers
  • Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
  • Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1 year or more customer service experience
  • Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications
  • Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency
  • Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
