Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Support Rep - Patient Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, or private insurance carriers
- Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
- Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 year or more customer service experience
- Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications
- Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency
- Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
