Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, averaging 50-60 calls per day
- Follow standard operating procedures to resolve denied claims and document accounts

Required Qualifications

- One year or more of high-volume Customer Service experience
- Reading and understanding explanation of benefits or correspondence
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
