Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time remote Customer Service Support Representative will manage over 80 inbound calls daily from patients and healthcare providers, initiate payment plans, and resolve inquiries related to patient billing within the Revenue Cycle Management Division.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer and manage 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, or insurance carriers
  • Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
  • Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while maintaining performance goals
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple computer screens and applications
  • Alpha-numeric data entry proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly
