Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and train a team of Customer Service Agents, providing guidance and performance feedback
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert on policies and procedures while managing escalated contacts
  • Coordinate communication and monitor daily work adherence to meet performance metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience managing a team of Customer Service Agents
  • Associate degree or 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
  • Experience in insurance and familiarity with MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM applications preferred
  • Call Center or Customer Service experience is preferred
  • Bi-lingual skills are a plus
