Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and train a team of Customer Service Agents, providing guidance and performance feedback
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert on policies and procedures while managing escalated contacts
- Coordinate communication and monitor daily work adherence to meet performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience managing a team of Customer Service Agents
- Associate degree or 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
- Experience in insurance and familiarity with MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM applications preferred
- Call Center or Customer Service experience is preferred
- Bi-lingual skills are a plus
