Customer Service Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Technician to perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of high-speed internet, video, and voice networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot high-speed internet, video, and voice networks, including associated wiring and equipment
• Perform maintenance and repair on outside plant facilities
• Support sales and marketing activities and assist other technical personnel as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office applications
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions and at different hours
