Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Technician.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to technical issues escalated by customers and act as a liaison between operations, clients, and Engineering/Development
- Assist end users by utilizing existing manuals and scripted responses
- Refer ongoing issues to the appropriate engineering support team
Required Qualifications
- Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the U.S
- Must have maintained a permanent residence in the US for at least the last 3 consecutive years
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with problem solving and debugging technical issues
- Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, GitHub, and Jira
