Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Technician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to technical issues escalated by customers and act as a liaison between operations, clients, and Engineering/Development
  • Assist end users by utilizing existing manuals and scripted responses
  • Refer ongoing issues to the appropriate engineering support team
Required Qualifications
  • Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the U.S
  • Must have maintained a permanent residence in the US for at least the last 3 consecutive years
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience with problem solving and debugging technical issues
  • Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, GitHub, and Jira
