Job Summary

A company is looking for a customer service representative trainee to support and build trust with policy customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Service unique customer needs while offering additional products
• Complete training to gain a solid base of insurance knowledge
• Transition to a Customer Service Representative after successful training completion

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or
• A minimum of two years post-secondary education
• Must reside in one of the specified states
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
