Customer Service Trainee

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative Trainee.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and build trust with policy customers by addressing their unique needs
• Offer additional products to enhance customer experience
• Complete training to gain a solid foundation in insurance knowledge

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or
• A minimum of two years post-secondary education
• Must reside in specified states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, or Texas
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Availability for training and scheduled work hours post-training
