Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative Trainee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and build trust with policy customers by addressing their unique needs
  • Offer additional products to customers while providing excellent service
  • Participate in training to gain insurance knowledge and develop skills for the role
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or
  • A minimum of two years post-secondary education
  • Must reside in one of the specified states
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Ability to complete a 15 to 20-week training program
