Job Summary
Engaging with members to handle customer service inquiries via telephone, the full-time remote Customer Service Trainee will receive, investigate, and resolve customer inquiries while utilizing Enterprise-AI approved tools to enhance service efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Receiving, investigating, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
- Handling customer service inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email
- Documenting all customer communications clearly and ensuring first-contact resolution
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
