Job Summary

Engaging with members to handle customer service inquiries via telephone, the full-time remote Customer Service Trainee will receive, investigate, and resolve customer inquiries while utilizing Enterprise-AI approved tools to enhance service efficiency.

Key responsibilities
  • Receiving, investigating, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Handling customer service inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email
  • Documenting all customer communications clearly and ensuring first-contact resolution
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
