Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mountain Pacific Customer Service Trainee residing in PT or MT Time Zones for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving, investigating, and resolving customer inquiries promptly and accurately
- Handling customer service inquiries and issues via telephone
- Interacting through various communication channels such as Chat, Phone, E-mail, and TEAMS
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent education
- 1 year of experience in a customer service support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
- Exceptional time management skills
- Ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while interacting with customers
