Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mountain Pacific Customer Service Trainee residing in PT or MT Time Zones for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving, investigating, and resolving customer inquiries promptly and accurately
  • Handling customer service inquiries and issues via telephone
  • Interacting through various communication channels such as Chat, Phone, E-mail, and TEAMS

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education
  • 1 year of experience in a customer service support role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while interacting with customers
