Job Summary

A company is looking for a SME & Training Coordinator 1 for their Customer Service Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for bank products and operational procedures, providing support to Customer Service Center staff
  • Coordinate training programs and monitor adherence to training timelines and documentation
  • Research and resolve complaints while identifying training needs and recommending process improvements


Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree and a minimum of 2 years of banking or financial services experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of two years of contact center experience or equivalent required
  • Relevant experience in quality assurance, training, program management, or related fields preferred
  • Minimum of one year of outbound calling experience preferred
  • Minimum of one year of any sales experience preferred
