Job Summary
A company is looking for a SME & Training Coordinator 1 for their Customer Service Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for bank products and operational procedures, providing support to Customer Service Center staff
- Coordinate training programs and monitor adherence to training timelines and documentation
- Research and resolve complaints while identifying training needs and recommending process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree and a minimum of 2 years of banking or financial services experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of two years of contact center experience or equivalent required
- Relevant experience in quality assurance, training, program management, or related fields preferred
- Minimum of one year of outbound calling experience preferred
- Minimum of one year of any sales experience preferred
