Job Summary

A company is looking for a SME & Training Coordinator I for the Customer Service Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in bank products and services, providing support and training for Customer Service Center staff
  • Coordinate training schedules and materials, ensuring compliance with training timelines and quality standards
  • Research and resolve complaints while monitoring customer interactions to identify training needs and areas for improvement


Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree and a minimum of 2 years of banking or financial services experience, or equivalent education and experience
  • Minimum of two years of contact center experience or equivalent required
  • Relevant experience in quality assurance, training, or program management preferred
  • Minimum of one year of outbound calling experience preferred
  • Minimum of one year of sales experience preferred
