Job Summary
A company is looking for a SME & Training Coordinator I for the Customer Service Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in bank products and services, providing support and training for Customer Service Center staff
- Coordinate training schedules and materials, ensuring compliance with training timelines and quality standards
- Research and resolve complaints while monitoring customer interactions to identify training needs and areas for improvement
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree and a minimum of 2 years of banking or financial services experience, or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum of two years of contact center experience or equivalent required
- Relevant experience in quality assurance, training, or program management preferred
- Minimum of one year of outbound calling experience preferred
- Minimum of one year of sales experience preferred
