Job Summary

As a full-time remote Customer Service Training Specialist, the successful candidate will design and implement scalable onboarding and continuous learning programs for Customer Service Representatives, ensuring exceptional customer interactions across various communication channels.

Key responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for Customer Service Representatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Measure and evaluate training effectiveness using key performance indicators and learner feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Stay current on best practices in training and customer experience, incorporating innovations into training programs
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in training, learning and development, customer service, or contact center operations
  • Strong instructional design and content development capabilities
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms, virtual training tools, and Microsoft Office
  • Dynamic facilitator with strong presentation and communication skills
