Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a similar field (or equivalent experience)
• More than 8 years of experience in sales operations, supply chain management, or customer service roles
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• Proven track record in managing end-to-end sales order processes and driving initiatives
• Strong analytical capabilities to coordinate business metrics and make data-driven decisions
