Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Services Representative in the Corporate category.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from patients, attorneys, insurance companies, etc. to resolve problems and answer questions
- Effectively communicate revenue cycle outcomes or processes with callers
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- 1 year of related healthcare and/or call center experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Flexible, with ability to learn quickly and meet department production and quality goals
- Familiarity and proficiency with the policies and procedures of the Customer Service department
- Knowledge of Medical Insurance terminology
