Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer SIEM Engineer to facilitate mission support and onboarding efforts for customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the onboarding journey by taking technical ownership of customer relationships post-sale
  • Architect data pipelines and implement data ingestion strategies for efficient normalization and parsing
  • Collaborate with customer security teams to build and deploy advanced detection queries and alerting logic
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years in a technical role such as Security Engineer, SIEM Administrator, or Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)
  • Deep knowledge of Linux internals, file systems, and performance tuning
  • Proficiency in Shell scripting, Python, or Powershell for automation tasks
  • Experience with security frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK) and translating TTPs into search queries
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade SIEM platforms or similar architectures
