Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer SIEM Engineer to facilitate mission support and onboarding efforts for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding journey by taking technical ownership of customer relationships post-sale
- Architect data pipelines and implement data ingestion strategies for efficient normalization and parsing
- Collaborate with customer security teams to build and deploy advanced detection queries and alerting logic
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years in a technical role such as Security Engineer, SIEM Administrator, or Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)
- Deep knowledge of Linux internals, file systems, and performance tuning
- Proficiency in Shell scripting, Python, or Powershell for automation tasks
- Experience with security frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK) and translating TTPs into search queries
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade SIEM platforms or similar architectures
