Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Site Operations Support (CSOS) professional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and follow work scripts and documentation while keeping up with changes
  • Perform validation and verification of customer requirements and evaluate requests for cost efficiency
  • Maintain accurate customer records and escalate complex issues as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with PC hardware, preferably DELL products
  • Basic knowledge of the Internet and online software
