Job Summary
Acting as a crucial link between the On-Demand Customer Success team and clients, the full-time Customer Solution Advisor will manage high-impact engagements to stabilize customer accounts, resolve critical issues, and drive measurable outcomes while working in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and lead customer engagements, implementing solutions directly within Bullhorn software
- Serve as a liaison for customers, documenting pain points and providing guidance to enhance their experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and timely completion of deliverables
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as customer success, technical support, or consulting
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach to driving results
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working cross-functionally and influencing internal teams without direct authority
- Familiarity with the Bullhorn Middle Office and related products is a plus
