Customer Solution Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Solution Architect who will serve as a strategic, customer-facing technical leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with customer organizations and relay feedback to influence product direction
• Champion adoption of Teradata solutions and educate customers on emerging trends and capabilities
• Lead technical discovery and solution design to advance growth opportunities and ensure alignment with customer success goals

Required Qualifications

• Keen interest and understanding of data and analytic solutions, including AI/ML trends
• Experience promoting analytic solutions for large enterprises in a pre-sales or delivery role
• Proficiency with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
• Knowledge of the competitive landscape and understanding of differentiators
• Degree in computer science, software engineering, mathematics, management information systems, or related discipline, or relevant experience
