Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Solution Architect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with customer organizations and relay feedback internally
  • Champion adoption of technical differentiators and educate customers on emerging trends and capabilities
  • Lead technical discovery, solution design, and advance growth opportunities to increase annual recurring revenue (ARR)
Required Qualifications
  • Experience promoting analytic solutions for large enterprises in a pre-sales or delivery role
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
  • Understanding of the competitive landscape and Teradata's differentiators
  • Degree level qualification or relevant experience in computer science, software engineering, mathematics, or related disciplines
  • Interest in developments in data and analytic solutions, including emerging AI/ML trends
