Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Solution Architect.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with customer organizations and relay feedback internally
- Champion adoption of technical differentiators and educate customers on emerging trends and capabilities
- Lead technical discovery, solution design, and advance growth opportunities to increase annual recurring revenue (ARR)
Required Qualifications
- Experience promoting analytic solutions for large enterprises in a pre-sales or delivery role
- Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
- Understanding of the competitive landscape and Teradata's differentiators
- Degree level qualification or relevant experience in computer science, software engineering, mathematics, or related disciplines
- Interest in developments in data and analytic solutions, including emerging AI/ML trends
