Customer Solution Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Solution Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain trusted relationships across customer organizations and act as a prescriptive advisor
• Champion adoption of technical differentiators and educate customers on emerging trends and new capabilities
• Lead technical discovery and solution design to advance growth opportunities and increase ARR

Required Qualifications

• Understanding of data and analytic solutions, including emerging AI/ML trends
• Experience with Cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
• Knowledge of the competitive landscape and Teradata's differentiators
• Degree in computer science, software engineering, mathematics, management information systems, or a related discipline
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple customers
