Customer Solution Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Solution Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with customer organizations and act as a prescriptive advisor
• Champion adoption of Teradata's solutions and educate customers on emerging trends and capabilities
• Lead technical discovery and solution design to advance growth opportunities and increase ARR

Required Qualifications

• Keen interest and understanding of data and analytic solutions, including AI/ML trends
• Experience promoting analytic solutions for large enterprises in pre-sales or delivery roles
• Proficiency with Cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
• Knowledge of the competitive landscape and understanding of Teradata's differentiators
• Degree in computer science, software engineering, mathematics, management information systems, or related discipline
