Customer Solution Architect

Job Summary

Owning the technical customer relationship, the full-time Customer Solution Architect will serve as the primary professional services interface for deploying Arango's AI product suite, guiding customers through discovery, design, and production while leveraging deep graph expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the technical customer relationship throughout the entire lifecycle, from discovery to production and expansion
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify high-value use cases and design target architectures on Arango's multi-model platform
• Build reference implementations and prototypes to demonstrate value early and guide production deployment with customer engineers

Required qualifications

• Deep graph knowledge with hands-on expertise in graph data modeling, query languages (AQL, Cypher, or Gremlin), and knowledge-graph design
• 5+ years in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical professional services with experience in production systems
• Strong applied AI and Python skills, with a solid understanding of data structures and systems design
• Experience with retrieval and vector databases, and hybrid retrieval approaches combining graph and vector
• Familiarity with cloud and container technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD practices
