Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide the team in developing technical strategies and innovative solutions aligned with customer needs
  • Oversee customer engagement and account health management to ensure satisfaction and drive business value
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in data and analytics, with a background in pre-sales or customer success leadership
  • 5+ years in a leadership role managing technical teams within an enterprise software environment
  • Deep understanding of data warehouse architectures, big data technologies, and cloud ecosystems
  • Experience engaging with senior executives and a proven track record in building trusted customer relationships
  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
