Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Solution Architect Team Lead (AMER).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a global team of Customer Solutions Architects to ensure technical excellence and customer success
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and scale the customer journey from pre-sales to adoption and renewal
• Develop structured onboarding and training plans for the team, ensuring successful customer outcomes and value delivery

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Technical Account Management, or Database Engineering
• 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience in a technical startup environment
• Strong background in relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
• Hands-on experience with modern web application frameworks like React, Svelte, Vue, or Node.js
• Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, BigQuery, and internal BI dashboards
