Job Summary

To support customer satisfaction and business growth, the full-time Customer Solution Specialist will serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, managing relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless implementation of products and services in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building strong, trusted relationships
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve products and services
Required qualifications
  • 3 - 5+ years of experience in customer success, solutions consulting, account management, or a similar role
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Billing Platform)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
