Customer Solutions Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Solution Architect (APAC).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and design solutions based on customer requirements
• Guide customers through proof-of-value implementations and onboarding processes
• Develop meaningful account plans and deliver proactive support for customer success

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant work experience in Solutions Architecture or Database Engineering
• Strong background with relational database management systems such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Experience in web application development with knowledge of Python, C#, and JavaScript frameworks
• Familiarity with project management and business analysis tools
• Previous experience leading customer-facing engagements
