Job Summary

To drive client customer success strategies and streamline internal processes, the full-time remote Customer Solutions Architect will enhance client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention while optimizing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies that align with clients' business goals and demonstrate ROI
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and implement retention strategies, ensuring a 5-star experience for clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver quality work and support the sales team in developing tailored strategies for prospects
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success strategy and execution
  • Proven experience with HubSpot Service Hub and a deep understanding of the HubSpot ecosystem
  • Experience in setting and achieving annual and quarterly goals for clients
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for client success
