Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Solutions Associate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and execute clients' campaigns, provide platform training, and create shoppable experiences
  • Assess and optimize client media plans, implement pixels, and contribute to platform improvements
  • Manage relationships with clients, media agencies, and internal teams to drive positive business outcomes

Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Managed a book of business valued at or over $1M
  • Experience using ticketing systems, Google Suite, and Google Tags Manager
  • Familiarity with eCommerce and brand marketing
  • Knowledge of deploying and educating on technical solutions
