Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Solutions & Claims Associate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Capture customer demands via telephone and email to facilitate error-free order creation
  • Monitor open orders and collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues
  • Manage return requests and ensure compliance with market return policies
Required Qualifications and Education:
  • High school degree, GED, or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2 years of experience in Supply Chain preferred (e.g., Order Management, Distribution)
  • Availability to work different shifts based on customer geography/time zone
  • Reliable internet service and dedicated workspace for remote work
