Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Solutions & Claims Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture customer demands via telephone and email to facilitate error-free order creation
- Monitor open orders and collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues
- Manage return requests and ensure compliance with market return policies
Required Qualifications and Education:
- High school degree, GED, or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2 years of experience in Supply Chain preferred (e.g., Order Management, Distribution)
- Availability to work different shifts based on customer geography/time zone
- Reliable internet service and dedicated workspace for remote work
