Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Customer Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, revise, and draft standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Customer Solutions processes
  • Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to industry regulations
  • Work with Customer Solutions Analysts to identify operational pain points and implement solutions
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2 years of professional experience in a support or operations environment
  • Minimum of six months in financial services with an understanding of consumer lending products
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office and Google Suite for data management
  • Experience leading small projects or contributing to larger projects as part of a team
