Job Summary

Supporting the accurate evaluation and processing of customer insurance accounts, the hybrid contract-to-hire Customer Solutions Associate will manage data entry, deliver responsive service to customers and partners, and assist with quoting and policy administration activities.

Key responsibilities
  • Support the processing and maintenance of account information by reviewing applications and entering details into internal systems with high accuracy
  • Deliver responsive service to customers, brokers, and internal teams through phone and email communication while addressing inquiries
  • Research property and account information to verify coverage history and assist with quoting and policy administration activities
Required qualifications
  • Strong data entry and administrative skills with the ability to manage detailed information accurately
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and technology-based tools for organizing and analyzing account-related data
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with a customer service mindset
  • Strong research and organizational abilities with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
