Job Summary
Supporting the accurate evaluation and processing of customer insurance accounts, the hybrid contract-to-hire Customer Solutions Associate will manage data entry, deliver responsive service to customers and partners, and assist with quoting and policy administration activities.
Key responsibilities
- Support the processing and maintenance of account information by reviewing applications and entering details into internal systems with high accuracy
- Deliver responsive service to customers, brokers, and internal teams through phone and email communication while addressing inquiries
- Research property and account information to verify coverage history and assist with quoting and policy administration activities
Required qualifications
- Strong data entry and administrative skills with the ability to manage detailed information accurately
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and technology-based tools for organizing and analyzing account-related data
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with a customer service mindset
- Strong research and organizational abilities with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
