Customer Solutions Collector

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Solutions Representative - Collector to assist customers with auto loan accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and handle incoming calls to assist customers with payment issues
• Negotiate payment arrangements and understand reasons for delinquency
• Document interactions and maintain professionalism while managing accounts

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Experience in financial services or a related industry preferred
• Associate or bachelor's degree in business or a related field may substitute for experience
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and internet-based applications required
