• Make outbound and handle inbound calls to assist customers with payment issues
• Negotiate payment arrangements and respond to customer inquiries
• Document interactions and maintain professionalism while managing accounts

Required Qualifications

• 0+ years of experience in customer service
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience in financial services or a related industry preferred
• Associate or bachelor's degree in business or related field may substitute for experience
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus
