Customer Solutions Collector

Job Summary

Proactively making outbound and handling inbound calls, the full-time remote Customer Solutions Collector will assist customers with their auto loan accounts, providing exceptional service while resolving payment issues and meeting performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and handle incoming calls to assist customers with late or missed payments
• Negotiate payment arrangements and document all interactions accurately
• Research and resolve account discrepancies while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with laws

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 0+ years of experience in customer service or related fields
• Experience in financial services or a related industry preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and internet-based applications
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus
