Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Solutions Enablement Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain enablement programs for post-sale and technical customer-facing roles
- Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing for go-to-market strategies and feature enablement
- Serve as a feedback conduit between customer-facing teams and Product, ensuring alignment and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 4 - 7+ years in Customer Success, Enablement, or related roles within a SaaS environment
- Experience designing scalable enablement programs for customer-facing teams
- Strong project management capabilities in fast-paced environments
- Understanding of customer lifecycle motions, including implementation and adoption
- Experience with enablement platforms is a plus
