Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Solutions Enablement Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain enablement programs for post-sale and technical customer-facing roles
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing for go-to-market strategies and feature enablement
  • Serve as a feedback conduit between customer-facing teams and Product, ensuring alignment and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
  • 4 - 7+ years in Customer Success, Enablement, or related roles within a SaaS environment
  • Experience designing scalable enablement programs for customer-facing teams
  • Strong project management capabilities in fast-paced environments
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle motions, including implementation and adoption
  • Experience with enablement platforms is a plus
