Customer Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Solutions Engineer (German Speaker) in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the discovery and development of technical solutions, focusing on building and enhancing integrations
• Manage the technical rollout of customers during onboarding, customizing integrations using Workato
• Serve as a technical advisor throughout the customer journey, supporting integration needs and identifying automation opportunities

Required Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of experience in technical development or sales engineering, particularly in integrations within a software/SaaS environment
• Proven experience with Workato or a similar iPaaS platform for developing integrations
• Strong knowledge of integration technologies, including API development and system synchronization methods
• Experience in developing complex integrations using Python and related tools
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a STEM-related field is preferred but not required
