Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Solutions Engineer / GTM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in evaluating, adopting, and expanding the product by translating technical requirements into practical solutions
  • Guide data teams through architecture discussions, product onboarding, and proof of concepts
  • Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success
Required Qualifications
  • Technical fluency in SQL and Python basics
  • Experience with data workflows, cloud concepts, and security models
  • Hands-on experience with customer onboarding or solutions engineering
  • Familiarity with notebook tools like Jupyter or Databricks
  • Experience working with technical customers in a SaaS environment
