Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Solutions Engineer / GTM.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in evaluating, adopting, and expanding the product by translating technical requirements into practical solutions
- Guide data teams through architecture discussions, product onboarding, and proof of concepts
- Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success
Required Qualifications
- Technical fluency in SQL and Python basics
- Experience with data workflows, cloud concepts, and security models
- Hands-on experience with customer onboarding or solutions engineering
- Familiarity with notebook tools like Jupyter or Databricks
- Experience working with technical customers in a SaaS environment
